Refund and exchange steps:

  • If you want to Refund and exchange the products, please go to the website and submit a Refund request from the account.
  • Choose the products you want to return.
  • After confirmation, you will receive a return attchment to print and attche it in the box to either handle it to carrier (client will handle imposed return fees from carrier) or to handle it in our showroom by following same instructions.
  • Contact DHL at: 920003450, or visit their website: https://www.dhl.com/sa-en/home.html, to coordinate the delivery date, and place the DHL waybill after filling it in the shipping box including to the received return confirmation attchment which you received via emaill.
  • Only the amount of the returned item will be returned,The amount will be refunded by the same method of payment.Products are returned and exchanged after ensuring the safety of the products.
  • If there is a special box for the product, it is considered part of the product and cannot be returned without it.

Return and exchange :

The exchange shall take place within 7 days from the date of receipt (furniture if it’s not received or delivered) and the return shall be within 3 days from the date of receipt (furniture if it’s not received or delivered), and the products shall be returned in their normal condition as they were purchased and received.

Non-refundable Products: You may not return, exchange or refund products in respect of the following:

  • Products classified as dangerous or used as flammable liquids or gases.
  • All purchases during discount & offers period.
  • Products that you have used, damaged, or are not in the same condition you received them in.

Refund mechanism:

In the event of returning products, the amount will be returned to the same payment method within 5 working days only.

Not receiving:

-In the event that the item arrives at the site and has not been received, 500 riyals shall be paid as shipping and delivery fees.

-In case the client didn't response & receive the order from the carriers same shipping cost will apply to re-ship it again
